The Odds Are With You, LLC is a consulting and coaching firm founded in 2026. The founder has more than 40 years working with private industries (Unionized and non-union), local, state, and federal government organizations. Having a lifetime of personal and professional experiences, it was decided to create a business to help people get the assistance they needed to help resolve their challenges whether they be personal ones or starting and growing successful projects. We look forward to assist you in building successful strategies and supporting individuals, businesses or government agencies.
